Members Terms of Service
By signing up and actively using the Point Dollars program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Point Dollars may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with Point Dollars. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to file an appeal. Your continued participation in the Point Dollars program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change. We do not guarantee any sort of minimum pay or wage by using this site. We do not guarantee that all users will make money here. Any member found to be cheating on ANY offer will be banned from the site and forfeit their earnings. It doesn't matter if you successfully complete 1,000 offers legitimately and cheat on only one. You will still forfeit all unpaid earnings and have your account banned for ANY cheating, proxy usage, or any fraudulent activity whatsoever. If your account has lots of offer reversals, that will also result in your account being banned and earnings will be forfeited. The use of proxies, VPNs, or any software or service to change your IP to allow you to complete offers multiple times or offers outside of your country is strictly forbidden and will result in forfeiture of earnings and the account will be banned.
Relationship of the Parties
You and Point Dollars are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Point Dollars. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Point Dollars. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the Point Dollars program. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but is not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline by any means or method is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Point Dollars will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Point Dollars program, even if Point Dollars has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Point Dollars aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Spam
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Point Dollars and may result in legal prosecution. Point Dollars strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Point Dollars may charge up to $5 per Spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Point Dollars will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.
Changes to this Policy
Please note this Privacy Policy will change from time to time. We expect most such changes to be minor, but there may be changes that are more significant. Regardless, we will post those changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will also provide a more prominent notice on our News Page. Each version will be noted at the top of the page.
